KCR556

KCR556 has a free-floating barrel with precise fire feature, rotating bolt head & op-rod driven short-stroke gas piston, fixed gas system, 5.56mm x 45 NATO caliber infantry rifle. KCR556 successfully passes 42 tests of NATO. KCR556, which has been in the inventory of Turkish Armed Forces and security forces for 4 years, is the local & national infantry rifle of Kalekalıp’s own original design and production. KCR556 is a rifle that is able to work in cold, hot, wet, damp, dusty and muddy tough conditions, passed all NATO standard tests successfully. The rifle design, allowing also ambidextrous usage, is compatible with all NATO standard accessories under the favour of having the Picatinny rails on the 4 sides of the handguard and on the upper receiver. There are 7.5 ", 11", 14.5" and 16" barrel options according to the usage areas and purpose.
